  Application - sending CV

  Do you want to work for QLOC? Send us your CV. You may also attach a half-a-page cover letter explaining why you’re interested in the position. We want to get to know you a bit at the first stage of the recruitment process!

• 

  Screening with HR

  If your work experience and skills meet the requirements of the position, it's time for step two! A person from our HR team will contact you to talk over about your experience, motivation, salary. Additionally, you may expect a brief conversation in English. It's perfect time to ask any questions regarding the recruitment process you may have.

• 

  Technical skills test

  For certain positions, we may request you to complete a technical skills test as part of our recruitment process. This test will provide us with valuable insights into your specific abilities and expertise, helping us assess how well your skills align with the demands of the role.

• 

  Interview

  If the results are satisfying, we arrange a videoconference on MS Teams. We want to get to know you better and assess if your knowledge and previous experience align with what we are looking for. We encourage our candidates to ask their questions - this meeting is a great way to learn about QLOC’s work style. We can also arrange a meeting in person in one of the offices.

  Decision making

  Almost there! The waiting time for the results of the process depends on the position. Candidates for testers get the decision usually on the day of the meeting. In the case of specialist positions, the decision may be made after several days. You will receive information about the waiting time from the person responsible for the recruitment.
