Zoho People Consultant/Developer

As one of the #QLOCdragons you will be responsible for:
- developing, customizing, testing, and implementing Zoho People processes and modules to meet business requirements
- creating and maintaining Deluge scripts for workflows and automation within Zoho People
- integrating Zoho People with other Zoho applications, including CRM and Creator to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
- integrating Zoho People with non-Zoho applications
- collaborating with various departments to gather and analyze requirements for new functionalities
- providing training and supporting to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Zoho People applications
- maintaining and supporting existing Zoho People applications, including troubleshooting and bug fixes
- resolving issues within Zoho People applications by working with Zoho Corp support, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.
What do we require of you?
- proficient in Zoho People platform development
- strong understanding of Deluge script language for developing workflows and automation
- experience with system integration and creating connections between Zoho People and other Zoho applications such as CRM, Creator
- ability to develop and interpret complex business processes and requirements into effective technical solutions
- skilled in web services and API integration
- experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Zoho Corp support
- at least 3 years of experience in Zoho People development
- proven experience in integrating Zoho People with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications
- experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Zoho People
- experience in working with Zoho Corp support to resolve application issues.
It is nice if you have:
- ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions
- familiarity with HR processes and systems.
